Difficult poor design for easy refill

Works good, just needs instructions on how to load

The tape dispenser is great, light weight and so easy to use, once you get it loaded (THAT IS THE PROBLEM). The reviews that are saying it doesn't work, are all loading it wrong!
1. Put dispenser flat on a table with the metal plate facing towards the left
2. Put roll of tape on it and thread the tape through the bottom of the dispenser where the two little knobs are at the bottom and the sticky side of the tape should be facing out/downward
3. Pull the tape out pass the metal plate/teeth!
4. Tape and Go!

You think you have to thread it through the top of the dispenser where the arm is, but YOU DON'T!!
That is the confusing part....I think that lever is there only to hold tape (sizes) in tact. It has nothing to do with the loading. You're Welcome :)

Don’t waste your money

This tape gun is so “safe” that it doesn’t even work correctly. The teeth that are supposed to tear the tape are so far back they don’t work no matter how hard you press the safety lever. The tape constantly sticks to the metal plate. You waste a lot of extra tape.

Perfect Tape Dispenser

I've used DP-300-RD tape dispensers taping up boxes at a UPS facility for 6 years. 1.5 years into the current one and it's in great shape. Manual tension control is nice, good teeth, indestructible.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Terrible Dispenser

I use a dispenser all the time. Working from home, I had to purchase a new one and this one doesn't load properly. Money wasted.
