Although the cups themselves are very sturdy nice looking and hold 12oz they do NOT insulate to keep the outside cool from the HOT liquid inside at all as they advertise. The 1st time we used it for coffee the reason why I purchased them the cup was extremely hot to touch and that is coming from a Keurig that is known for it's lack in hot brew.

We have been using the 12 oz Hot Cups and Lids in our small office for a few years. They work well and the size is perfect for a normal size cup of coffee / tea. We currently use with a Keurig Coffee Maker and Hot water cooler. May still very a little hot when water is first poured.
