I'd give this product a 5, if you could purchase refills. Why would you make it possible to open the dispenser if you weren't going to give us the option to refill it? Serious flaw and very wasteful.

So Disappointed You Don't Have Refills!

I love your Tape Runner Adhesive Roller, but am so disappointed that you don't have refills. What a waste! Please consider making a refills for these! The case is set up to open and just replace the cartridge so easily!
I would recommend this to a friend!

I like the product, but I need the refills?! Why tout the "65% recycled" attributes if you don't also sell refills?

I use this product for my small business. I have tried many things and this works the best, I love it! Unfortunately, I just found out that they don't make refills and I am going to have to find an alternative since its too expensive. They made the product to look like it has refills so why can they do it. Hopefully, refills come soon.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love this product and will hold onto it in hopes that other reviews will result in refills being produced. In this age of environmental awareness, products need to reflect consumer demand for these options.

Tape worked okay, but there are no refills available, so I'm going to switch to another brand. Kind of silly!
