I use these for my preschool packages at the beginning of the year and also at the end of the year.....that get for laminating and also something that could be use more than once....I was amazed with the price if them and even more happier with the employee that helped me !! When you have a need for a large number of envelopes this is an excellent size box to purchase. The envelope will easily fit a regular 8 1/2 X 11 sheet of paper. You can also add articles into the envelope up to 1 or 1 1/2 inches thick. The bottom and sides of the envelope are securely sealed and you do not have to worry about any of your material coming out. The top fold of the envelope and the metal clasp enusre a well sealed top. Overall the envelope is rugged and strong enough to be mailed without causing damage to the contents.

Our hotel uses this item for all of our audit paper work. These envelopes last a long time because we have to put them in storage for up to seven years. We like the fact that the envelope can bee sealed two different ways. It is very easy to write on. We write each day and the items included in each pack. All of our nightly paper work fits in one envelope. The envelope is not bulky even when it is full. The envelope will also expand to fit other items such as receipts and smaller pieces of paper work.

I prefer the 9 x 12 100% recycled envelopes. I like knowing that I am helping the environment but still getting a sturdy and over all good envelope. The ones I bought are ok too. I just prefer the other ones.
