This was a great product. Tough and very durable. Good quality!!! I use this product over and over again. I ship items all over the world. These envelopes seem to work the best. I have never had a problem with them and I would highly recommend these envelopes. They come in a large count box. The price for these envelopes is perfect. They are priced so they are afforable to use with my shipping business. Thank you staples for making this item available to the general public. Good work!!!

Brown Kraft clasp envelopes

I used the brown Kraft clasp envelopes to send 15 copies of an annual report each having 16 full size (8.5x11") pages to a group of recipients. In spite of the heavy load they all fit well. I did have to use tape to ensure that flap stayed closed.

Envelopes = hassle to closecheap/sturdy

These envelopes are so much less expensive than the ones with the peel-off adhesive close so go this route if you want to save money. If you have a stack of briefs to serve (or envelopes to send) it is a hassle using the lick-it (or sponge-it) adhesive and closing the clasp; plus I always tape over the closed clasp to ensure no-one or nothing gets scratched. But they are sturdy and work fine.

Good quality for the price

I use these envelopes in my Accounting Practice. They are very sturdy and hold a decent amount of data. The one area they could improve upon is the amount of glue on the envelope flap. Many times I have to use tape to secure the closure because the glue doesn't stick. Otherwise the envelopes function well. Compared to other options the pricing is much less hence my main motivator for using them. At first I wasn't sure about using this type of envelope from an aesthetic perspective. However when you think about an envelope it really is more about the function than the "look".
