I went into store in a rush to purchase large manila envelopes and I asked male clerk where I could find them. He told me the isle number and it was incorrect. I spent 5 minutes searching that and nearby isles to no avail. I went back to the front of the store and asked a female clerk and she said the other fellow was incorrect and told me the right place to search. No big deal really but I was in a real hurry having a tax appointment and that is the reason for mediocre rating.
