Don't know why I have to rate the service for an in store purchase

I went into the store found the envelops and took my purchase to the register. The cashier rang it up asked me to insert my credit card and zappo it was done. I then found my way to the parking lot and my automobile and drove back to my office. Anything exceptional about the experience no. It's the type of action I have been making for close to 70 years at any retailer.

The envelopes were fine with the exception that there were only 97 envelopes in the box. I was working on a specific project that required exactly 100 envelopes. Had to use some others that I had. Not a big deal but wanted to provide the feedback.
