My journey to Madison for our house needs.

Despite Staples leaving Janesville Wisconsin I still make the 40 mile trip to Madison Wi for my computer needs and other household requirements. The service is still excellent and the workers knowledgeable however the trip up north is still inconvenient despite the fact that I could order my needs online.

Don't know why I have to rate the service for an in store purchase

I went into the store found the envelops and took my purchase to the register. The cashier rang it up asked me to insert my credit card and zappo it was done. I then found my way to the parking lot and my automobile and drove back to my office. Anything exceptional about the experience no. It's the type of action I have been making for close to 70 years at any retailer.
