Great product

Live the product but the store itself looked like a hurricane came through its doors. No products available that I was looking for. Just cleaning products and day timers.. no creative hanging / file folders just the office variety. Back to online shopping. I hate it as I want to support our local stores but you give us no reason to splurge in your store.

Cannot print using laser printer on envelopes

I purchased these envelopes to be able to print on them with my laser printer. Unfortunately the print job comes out smeared. I thought maybe I was running out of toner but when I used it on an off-brand envelope from another store it did print perfectly. The Staples envelope quality is better as it’s thicker and I like how the easy-close tape says “Staples” on it vs. it being white to avoid having people trying to lick the envelope closed not realizing it’s an easy-close envelope. Perhaps it’s the “white wove” that makes the envelope more durable but not printable? Since I used just one of the envelopes I thought I couldn’t return it but the box says if I’m not 100% happy with it I can return it. I’m happy to know that I can return the envelopes as it doesn’t fit my needs. I would purchase again if I didn’t need to print on them.
