All but one arrived in great shape

One of the presentation books had a long cut down the spine. The original box must have been opened with a utility knife there is a gash running from the top almost all the way to the bottom of the spine. I know it was done before being packed to ship because the ones I received were shipped flat and the cut one was in the middle of the bunch. I'll exchange it for a perfect one. The rest of the books were in perfect shape and well packed.

I needed this binder for an approval to be submitted to a Design Review committee. The contents were 9x12 photo prints of pictures taken on my cell phone camera. With my age and Covid-19 safety precautions in mind it was vital to do "one stop shopping." So I enquired about a rush job for 5 photos during this same trip to Staples. Also there was a deadline. FELISHA was holding down the custom order side of Printing but as there were No customers waiting (and few in the store) she agreed to make these copies. The Design Review later said it was a "gold star presentation" package. Thank you Staples and especially Felisha!

This was so simlpe & easy to use. It is strong & durable. It turned an average book report into an A- book report. I showed this to my friend & he used them to make up new menu's at a fraction of the cost of reprinted ones.

As always these are great! Only issue was that one was covered with dirt and had a cracked spine. Normally this is not a problem though.
