This Staples white 24 sleeve Presentation Binder is great for many purposes. At Five Star Commercial Cleaning here in Aiken we use it to keep different clients cleaning schedules organized. The bookkeeping department uses them to keep information separated yet together in one place and in Human Resources we use them for many purposes from call logs to traveling form folders. They keep forms clean neat and easily available at the turn of a page in the office or on site. The cover and spine are made with pockets to allow them to be personalized.

Worth it if it's on sale

This products works really well for presentations and organizing diagrams/charts. However the plastic film used for storing your documents is flimsy. The only reason I purchased this product was that it only cost me a fourth of the original price. I would not pay full price for something like this since the same purpose can be satisfied with a binder and removable sheet protects which provide more flexibility regarding the quantity of documents u need store.

I needed something to organize my shopping and this is perfect. I don't miss anymore expired coupons or store offers etc. Since many are odd sizes this full page allows me to see the whole page. Then I tag a little post it note for the date it expires and I can quickly and efficiently see what my deals are and when they expire. Thanks so much for making this an all in one tool.
