I've been using these presentation binders from Staples for years and years and even the most elderly ones still maintain their integrity. Although the plastic sheets (with a top opening) feel thin they are sturdy enough to use multiple times. Besides music I use them to organize my notes for speaking engagements. And countless times I have to put my "show and tell" items in and out rearrange my outline and so forth. The 24-side binders are a bargain but I also use the 12-slot versions as well.
I used the presentation binders to produce a copy of a long out-of-print history pamphlet of a local organization. It turned out beautifully in this format. It is easy to read and well-protected in the sleeves.
This is a good way to present 13 pages or less to a customer or employee. Purchased Two of these one for my Full Time Job and One for my Part Time Job. They both come in handy to present facts and numbers to customers internal and external in both situations. I can see myself going back and purchasing more of these to use for more presentations. The only negative I would have on these that the plastic sheets could be a little more durable but if they were more durable then the presentation folder would be thicker and I really like the thickness of the current model. So that does in my negative comment.
Staples® Presentation Binder was just perfect for my clients documents. I was able to enclose all my clients document at a glance. I will use the binder for other clients in the future.
This presentation folder product is great for presenting information on my various projects. I tend to work in groups of 15 - 20 and I can incude information on each of the participants in a section for each person. It is easy to display and easy for people to view. The protective covers makes it possible to reduce the number of copies and keeps the pages fresh and without smuges.Since I work in countires where access to copying is extremely limited people can review the materials in the presentation book without fear of soiling the pages.
I have been using presentation folders for twenty plus years. My first use was as a guidance counselor to help me keep the various programs I used organized. I retired and began using the folders for digital scrapbooking. I worked with elderly folks helping to put their photos and life stories in a book. I could not have done this efficiently without my presentation folders. I loved that I could use both sides and my clients could see the updated progress. Now I use the folders in card making. I keep track of seasonal cards I've made and who has received those cards. It is invaluable!
