The Staples Presentation Binders

The Staples 12 sleeve and 24 sleeve binders have been extremely useful to me as I organize materials for various projects and initiatives. They provide a way to keep related materials together and easy to access when i travel and need to make copies for distribution in discussion groups or training sessions. I can also use them to include full page size PowerPoint presentation for use in communities in Africa where I work and there is no electric power. The sleeves also protect the pages from finger print smudges or spills. I would definitely recommend this product to others.

The Presentation Binder is great for organizing Kids art and school work. It is a good price and very durable material. It fits standard sized paper and keeps everything organized. I have puchased a couple of these I really like this product.

I bought these as reference booklets for my staff they are especially nice since there are page protectors that are bound in. Flexible yet very durable.

Convenient but can have better sleeves

Very convenient presentation binder I used to use a padfolio with 3 rigs and add heavy duty sleeves this is smaller and fits better. I like the idea that they have multiple options for 6 sleeves 12 sleeves and 24 sleeves. Fits the purpose and replaces thicker padfolios or binders. The sleeves are medium duty not heavy duty that is what kept me from giving it a 5 star rating. As with anything Staples sells it certainly costs more than what you would consider fair but for the convenience and reducing the weight I was willing to pay it.
