I put all of our travel documents and confirmations in the pockets so that it is easy to find each one as needed..... plane reservations rental car reservations hotel confirmations etc. I put a spreadsheet of our itinerary in the cover pocket

I am extremely satisfied with my purchase of the Staples brand presentation binders. They are very well made and easy to use.
