When I am chairing a meeting I like the team to have documents/photos..etc. that they can easily access & file with a package that is durable. The Staples presentation binder does just that

I have not yet used the presentation binder but bought it for school. I am a teacher and every fall we are handed a folder-full of lists: faculty meeting dates assemblies students extension numbers schedules etc. I intend to use the binder pages to hold all these lists for easy reference throughout the year. I am sure it will be a great help.
