On the outside on the "spine" there is a clear window with product info on it. That needs to be removed before presenting to a customer and the person using the product could put in their own info in that spine window. However it is very difficult removing that paper in the spine. I had to find a large tweezer to pull it out. It would be nice if it came with a way to print a replacement for that "spine window" - would need to be card stock to be rigid enough to be able to slide it all the way down the narrow space.

Bought one for a gifted book manuscript. Worked great. Came back and bought a 2nd one for Bible study pages. I really like the sturdy pages the front is a cover page (a pocket) papers stay securely in place. Recommend this product. Will buy more when the need arises. I don't currently work in an office setting but have in the past. I could have used this product on many occasions is I had discovered it previouly.
