I have not given up yet but I and my husband have tried to open the clear pocket pages of the presentation book and we can't seem to get them open. I will keep trying because it is Useless if you can't actually put anything into the pockets.

I purchased a special for a project. Each of the plastic sheets were so difficult to separate I damage them and they looked wrinkled. Wasn’t a very professional look. I had to return it and get the individual sheets and put it in a three prong binder instead. Don’t purchase this item
