Bad batch

I purchase these regularly however this must be a bad batch. The envelopes are opening on the bottom. This will not stop me from purchasing them in the future. We all have bad days...

These envelopes are sturdy. They are well made and nice quality. They dont fall apart if you have to put a lot of papers inside like some do.

Staples9"x12" Brown Kraft Clasp Envelope

Poor quality. Clasp was missing on 15 out of the 100 "CLASP" envelopes. If you open and close the clasp more than 2 times it breaks off. I can't believe how garbage this product is. I expected better from a product that has the Staples brand printed right on the box. By putting your company name on such an inferior product your only bringing down the reputation of your brand. Very disappointed. I would not buy anything else with the Staples brand printed on it as to fear this happening again. I would not recommend this product to anyone.

This brown envelope if pretty good although sometimes the glue on the flap doesn't stick real good. Overall though a good product.

9" X 12" brown clasp envelopes

I have been coming into Staples ever year for a number of years to purchase 10" X 13" brown clasp envelopes. I prepare income taxes and this envelopes were very useful to hold clients' tax information and tax returns. I was disappointed to find these envelopes were no longer being carried by Staples. The employee that helped me suggested that I purchase the 9" X 12" envelopes. I did. I have been pleased with the smaller envelopes they are more convenient and when mailing tax returns it's cheaper.
