Porduct as expected - Service Not So

The product is as expected - reasonable quality though not exceptional. Nothing seems to be made as heavy duty nor as reasonably priced as "back in the day." A sale coupon helped to make the price more tolerable. Sad to say that checking out for the purchase was a deplorable experience. A problem with the customer ahead caused a delay of at least 15 minutes - all over a dollar discount on a sale item the computer would not recognize and process. I was tempted to leave without my purchase or to give the people ahead a dollar myself but I didn't wish to appear to be rude. As the line mounted behind personnel did not have the sense nor seemingly the capability to open a new register. Very annoying indeed.

Who cares. The envelope is barely 91/2 by 12 and tears easily. I had to force my information into the envelope.

I bought these for filing past real estate transactions and they work great. I prefer the clasp to a peel-&-stick envelope so that I can access documents at any time. They're very sturdy & don't rip when they're packed full.
