The envelope flap does not stay closed. The glue does not work properly so one must use the clasp and Scotch tape to have a secure closure of the envelope.

I use the envelope to mail 8x10 letters that I don't want to fold. Also it is useful for a number of 8x10's which are too much for the standard letter sized envelope
