9" X 12" brown clasp envelopes

I have been coming into Staples ever year for a number of years to purchase 10" X 13" brown clasp envelopes. I prepare income taxes and this envelopes were very useful to hold clients' tax information and tax returns. I was disappointed to find these envelopes were no longer being carried by Staples. The employee that helped me suggested that I purchase the 9" X 12" envelopes. I did. I have been pleased with the smaller envelopes they are more convenient and when mailing tax returns it's cheaper.

Great for concealing but not shipping

Not what I had hoped for. I originally purchased these to use as mailers but any slight pressure on the seams of the envelope and they come apart. With the amount of shipping tape I have had to use to reinforce the envelope's construction to withstand the USPS mailing system I could have purchased the Tyvek envelopes!
