Mail out quarterly newsletters. Price escalation (many increases) has forced change from bi-monthly mailings to quarterly over last couple of years.

The bottom edge of the envelopes has come undone before I've even used them. Since I send important materials in these envelopes I often have to tape them to ensure that materials don't fall out.
