My weekly offer was [$] for this product I was charged [$] ( pre tax ) . Even thou it is only a 50 cent difference it was not the price in the email .

This was a re-purchase. We mail catalogs etc. We don't use the clasp but the store doesn't have the same envelop without the clasp.
