My place of business uses these 9" x 12" envelopes for various purposes: to mail documents and/or photos which should not be folded (once glued these envelopes stay shut) to hand-deliver documents that need a safe cover that can be easily accessed (the clasps on these envelopes are sturdy) to store photos and documents in hanging files to hold promotional materials that will be handed out at events. These envelopes are a good priceand well made and help us stay organized and send information.

The clasp has been pressed against the outside of the envelope has left a mark on the it. There should have been a protecting piece of tape to prevent the impression to leave a mark on the outside of the envelope.

I was disappointed by the closing flap. It is not creased well enough to fold over properly. While this seems insignificant it is not when you have a lot of these to deal with when mass mailing. I have found using a straight edge like a ruler is helpful.
