I'm a Realtor and I use these envelopes a lot! These are priced well and are perfect for what I need them for. These are about half the price of some of the others I have seen so why pay more?

9 x 12 envelopes don't seal

None of the envelopes have sealed -- not enough glue or cheap glue. :-( Thank goodness for having the metal clasp!
