I don't know how you could go wrong with a versatile envelope. It is used for receipts mailings storage ... about everything. I like that you have the option to close with either the gummy strip clasp or both depending on the situation.

Used to mail quarterly newsletters to club members. I have reverted to a gum wetting device as the gum does not taste very nice especially after 200+ envelopes.

They are brown they have a clasp and they fit an 8.5" by 11" sheet pf paper. The USPS accepts them for mailing.
