I am the newly installed president of my local Lions Club. Before me there was virtually no organization and I have no documents of any kind from the previous administrations. Basically I am starting new. There are so many projects it made my head spin to think about them at the beginning. But i had the good fortune to have purchased a case of these envelopes. I began labeling each with the name of one project. As I gathered data about the project I made a notation on the outside of the envelope and then stuffed the documents inside. It took a few weeks but I am on solid footing now everything in its place all nicely alpha. It was an inexpensive way to create a solid foundation that will carry me through the rest of the year.
The prices on these envelopes have nearly doubled in a year. My biggest gripe is that the advertising people at Staples are failing at marketing. I have not used ONE COUPON in over 5 years. They just don't apply. Leave your desks and go out in the field to the small businesses you'll learn a lot. Your purchase windows are too narrow I can't drop everything and run to Staples the day you have a sale. Your purchase amounts are too large... many coupons don't even apply until you hit $50 or $60. Most deals are for stuff I am not in the market for. As of the last price jump I am looking online for another supplier.
