These folders are very handy for organizing your work. We use them at tax time and for our apartments there is never a question when you use them and organize them in the same way.

Letter Size 3 Flip Legal Case File

This folder's binding cab hold the weight of litigation. The first time I purchased them I was initially concerned because the clips are significantly shorter than what each flip can hold however they are denser so just add an extra acco (get heavy duty staples brand not recommended they are a bit flimsy) and nary a pleading will fall out when that case is 3 years old and trial starts. The flips are also dense enough to not twist and pull out especially if you like me add a pocket envelope to the first flip for all that stuff you need but know one else should see.
