Excellent value and great response time from Staples. We recently lost our local store and in less than 24 hours after ordering the envelopes were delivered to my door. Great job and great product.

Trouble with on-line order accepting cos

The products are usually fine but I do find certain Staples Brand items don't work as well as in the return address laser lables which got stuck on the printer tray and kept jamming the printer. Today I am displeased with the fact that the on-line operator that took my order did not know how to properly key-in or record my $25.oo off coupon on a $150.00 order so now I was just advised by a phone call from Staples that is will not be taken off that order that I purposely beefed up to GET to the $150.00 mininum and will have to wait and get it back in my quarterly rewards!!! That is not right!!

I use plenty of envelopes. I like the quality and quantity.500 envelopes. The security feature is also nice.
