Right price but inside stuck together

I purchased these for our business. The price was right and they were quite sturdy. (I don't like the peel tab envelopes because they are too easy to open.) However I soon realized that the glue on almost every one of them had seeped into the envelope. I am referring to the glue that holds the envelope together not the glue for sealing it. I had to tear the envelope a bit just to get it completely open. While the envelope usually stood up to the slight tear it was VERY annoying after 500 envelopes! I will buy these again but if I have the same problem I will return them rather than work around it.

These are a good quality envelope at a good price and can have multiple uses. They are sturdy enough to withstand uses other than as a mailing envelope but not too heavy as to require additional postage if more than two or three sheets of paper are mailed. The security lining is dark enough to actually provide security and the gummed area covers the entire flap not just two or three small sections as some envelopes have. This prevents gapping when the envelope is sealed. Overall a good product and I will purchase again.

Great envelopes

As chairman of our class reunion every two years I always look for the perfect envelopes for our mailing. This was perfect! Easy to stuff easy to add labels to and very easy to seal. The stamping was simple because the envelopes laid flat and did not move. Great for the price!
