This chair mat is working out well so far. It was delivered flat (not rolled) and the decals peeled off easily so I was able to start using it right away. I can't really tell which side is intended to face the floor and I wouldn't call either side "tacky" (to prevent slipping) but the mat doesn't move around unless you get off the chair and mat and try to move it with your foot. It's a good value presuming it holds up as I expect it to.

This came looking used there was packaging tape that took me about an hour to get off. Scuff marks a bigger challenge. But other than that it is doing it's job.
