For my needs this dented and cupped on my low pile carpet. I am a big guy with a heavy office chair so I am returning this and trying to find a more heavy duty chair mat.Would not recommend for anyone that weighs in around 200 LBS.

Chair roller depressed the plastic and make it difficult to move around on the pad. The pad was on a tight woven carpet. I would recommend this pad for a very thin carpet only.
