There has to be a better way to ship these things! The mat arrived coiled up bound with ordinary packing tape. I get the coiling; makes sense. But the choice of tape was very poor. We’ve tried Goo Gone Goof Off mineral spirits and acetone to remove the tape adhesive and now it’s a sticky mess. Please help!

Misleading product description

This product is described as being suited to high pile carpet. I have a medium pile carpet and the mat moves and has to be reset often. Products for high pile carpets usually have plastic spikes that anchor the product to prevent movement. This product has small bumps that do not anchor the mat to the carpet. This product may be suitable for industrial or outdoor carpet but not typical residential carpet.

We decided not to use it. It was so flimsy that if you set on it on one side the other side would life up. It wouldn't lay down. My mother tripped on it twice and we got rid of it.

It is just okay I can move my chair back and forth easier but I wish they would make one that is a little stiffer so that my chair rollers would not make sinks enough that it I hard to move the chair while sitting in it. If I were much heavier I could see that it might ;sink' in but I weigh 137 lbs and I would like to have one that would stay flat.....or at least flatter!!
