The previous one of these I had lasted 8 years so I got another. So far so good. It still gets indents from chair wheels the key is rotate the wheels from time to time so they aren't always on the same part of the mat. For a 195 lb guy plus a chair it works well.

Don't be distracted by the cheapest price. Know the depth of your carpet; if you get this one and your carpet is too thick you'll just end up sinking and defeating the purpose of the mat. Be sure to get the correct one for your carpet.

Not as thick as I thought. Chair sinks in too much carpet is a low berber but the wheels indent the mat too much and chair barely rolls.
