It arrived flat which is a plus. But it is too thin and even on my low pile carpet my chair has created indentations and the casters get stuck in them. Spend more and get something you will be happy with.

Too thin

This floor mat was too thin. I was afraid it would wear out far too quickly. I ended up ordering a more sturdy version of the mat.

I was disappointed a bit with the thickness my chair still is difficult to roll even with the mat.

Sturdy heavy duty mat

This is a really heavy duty mat. Great for thick (residential) carpets. Got one when my husband started working from home full-time and didn’t want to tear up our new carpets.

This mat is the perfect size for me and thicker than I anticipated. Works great.
