A little softer than the previous one I had

I had the same mat for high pile carpet before and that one is much stiffer you can't possibly roll it. This one came rolled so it is softer which tends to create dips. Worst part though was the packaging tape it was secured with had totally melted on to the mat it took me an hour of goo-be-gone to remove all the residue.

It's a little too wide for my needs.

The chair casters still leave a dent in surface. If you move it they “heal” but not sure of long term life. Also doesn’t appear to have longer “ spikes” for thicker carpets.

Product is very soft and legs from chair make many indentations that do not recover.

Very flimsy. Wheels from desk chair left permanent indentations.

It is a great mat if no one sits in the chair. With someone in the chair the casters make big dimples in the mat which makes it difficult to move the chair. The cleats on the backside are not deep enough to prevent the mat from sliding. I finally had to screw the mat to the floor.

This was perfect from my new working from home office. Great quality. I ordered online and picked up an hour later.

I purchased three mats and the mat is very thin chair makes deep dents and it doesn’t fit well under desk but better than nothing.
