Good plastic but the teeth of the mat are not long enough to grab into the carpet. Better than a smooth mat with no teeth. But there are better on the market.

Overall the mat is good. It did it’s purpose but the plastic isn’t as hard as I expected it to be. It will mold to the weight of the chair if in the same spot for some time. But other than that it’s good.

I purchased this mat for plush carpet. It doesn't slide but it is to soft and my chairs wheels leave indentions where it sits. I thought it would be more solid
