The plastic is too soft and the wheels of my chair sink in .

I received my order within 2 days. It fit perfectly to cover a worn spot in the carpet so the chair no longer catches on it to make it worse! Wish I had thought of this sooner. Well worth the money.

This carpet mat is too soft in comparison to the next level up. We have the next level up as well and the plastic is much more durable / firmer and does not allow the chair to dig into the mat like this one does. This mat would be good for industrial carpets which don't have much movement since this mat is too soft not firm enough.

It was just what I wanted. I made sure I got the one with the higher prongs so it didn't slide around on the carpeting. That would be my recommendation.

Easy to install. Holds onto carpet well while vacuuming. Chair glides easily over surface.
