1. Delivery was days late and horrible. We were home. No knock on the door by delivery. We did not even know it had been delivered. Who does that? 2.By the time I saw the mat it was folded in half and flopped over on top! It took 2 days to flatten it out. 3. "plush"...is not thicker than regular mat. Was not worth the $$. I've kept the old one to put under this new one so there are no chair marks.

It's thin so on regular carpet the chair wheels make indents and the mat 'moves around'. It's a 'light duty' chair mat.
