Pretty good with the exception of label heavily gluied to mat

Overall it is a pretty god mat but they do wear out over time. My one complaint is they stick a large lable on the plastic with a heavy glue which takes an adhesive solvent to remove.
too thin. I weigh 215 and the mat is on a carpet. My weight (plus the chair?) creates a very noticeable indent in the mat. When I go to roll back from the desk the wheels of the chair are in craters and you need to really give it a shove to move the chair. I suspect these repeated craters will cause quick wear in the plastic and it will crack sooner than later.
Our old computer chair was in very bad shape so we got online and ordered a new chair sight unseen — something we would never normally do. I was very apprehensive but it turned out fine. We really like the chair and would highly recommend it.
The quality does not seem to be as good as I expected it to be. It has a tendency to buckle and it does not allow the chair to run smoothly. I think a compromise was made on the thickness of the mat.
Delivery was very fast and as promised (two days for store pickup). The mat came in a big box slightly rolled up but the curves quickly subsided once put flat on the carpet. I was surprised by the weight but realized the mat is made of PVC and rather thick. PVC also smells which can be annoying but that went away after about one day. Unfortunately my carpet turned out to be high pile (thicker than 3/4") and my sitting in my office chair ended up creating indentations that made rolling across the mat difficult. I recommend you check the thickness of your carpet thoroughly. In conclusion this mat is probably ok for low pile carpets not so sure about medium and definitely not for high pile carpets. It is too soft for that. My office chair is big and therefore heavy and I am adding 185 pounds (84 kg). Secondly the smell could be too much for some. I was concerned initially but thankfully the smell went away (or I got used to it) after about 24 hours. I am using it now in the living room (same carpet as in my office) for a small coffee table on wheels where I keep books and magazines etc. There it works great.
Very thin and doesn’t hold the weight of a desk chair

Verified Purchase:Yes
I bought this chair mat because it was the right size. The problem is when I put a desk chair on it without even my own weight ( I weigh 100 lbs) it has indentation where the wheels sit. I would not recommend this product for any type of carpet application.
