This was shipped "next day delivery" and 2 days later still never arrived but the delivery man claims I signed for it. Since I neither received it nor signed for it (AND gave up 2 days of my life waiting for this box to arrive) I'd call that a FAIL all around. However Customer Service said they will reship it. so If I ever actually receive it I can say at least one person at Staples did their job. So far they are oh for nothing! First last and only time I've ordered online from Staples directly. Definitely not making this mistake again!

I had an incredibly hard time removing the adhesive from the tape keeping the mat rolled up. I tried several different solvents and had to use the solvents with an abrasive sponge. Very frustrating....

I needed a smaller chair mat for in my office. So far it is just what I needed. I read previous reviews that it cracks easily. I am not at my desk that often so I am happy with my purchase as of now.
