I folded it in my car but I put my dumbells on it in the room and it flattened out. Self explanatory.

Staples® 46" x 60'' Rectangle Chair Mat for Flat Pile Carpet

This mat is smooth large and clings perfectly to the low pile commercial-grade carpet in my office. It is clear not cloudy or opaque. The carpet shows through very well. Staples delivered the large mat to my office and the delivery person even helped to remove the old crumbling mat.
