I like the product and it sits flat on my hardwood floor. After doing research it also seems like a good price for that type of product. However since it comes unwrapped I had to take some wet paper towels with dish soap and clean a bunch of dirt off of it. Not a big deal but many of the other reviews say the same thing so be prepared.

Delivered flat lays flat. I guess my carpet is considered high pile as there is a bit of crawl. It’s easy to bend over and adjust once a day. My chair moves easily over it.

Quality product with some potential improvements possible

The chair mat for hardwood floors is decent but the four hanger hooks ( for display at store) and carrying handle ( for transporting) should have a way to remove them easily. The mat looks ridiculous in place with these hanging off. Staples staff was awesome check our quick and easy. Extremely helpful staff .
