The BUT is that it seems much thinner than the 3.5-4.0 mm thickness which was discussed when I ordered it. I've put it on the carpet and it is in use but I worry that it will soon crack under pressure from my desk chair wheels. The previous two or three chair mats which I bought from STAPLES were 4mm thick and they would last maybe 6-7 years before cracking. Your on-line store person said this would be the thickest available. Dick Holliday

I bought two of them. They are in use and I have no problem with them. They are laying flat and not curling up. I have no complaints.

My new mat is wonderful. It allows me to roll around the carpet without getting stuck. The mat is of good quality. Thank you.

Needed to replace my husband's Staples mat that had a small crack in it. It had lasted over 7 years. Replaced it with a duplicate Staples mat. I am pleased with the quality. My mat was bought at the same time & is still holding up well.
