Arrived flat not rolled thankfully. put it down in front of my desk and it tucked in nicely. This is a much thicker and sturdier one than I previously owned.

The price of this office mat was good and I needed three of them for our medical office. We opened the first one sat in a chair on it and it dented right away. I had to return all three and get thicker more expensive ones.

I like it but not the way that it was packaged. The tape around it was SO sticky that I had a huge problem getting it off. Perhaps you could use something else besides tape to keep it coiled when shipping.

My chair has never rolled more smoothly. I am like Michael Jackson a "smooth criminal" .

Despite it being advertised for a medium-thick carpet the spikes are not nearly enough sharp and long hence the mat keeps dancing around the carpet - which is highly aggravating. Not a good product for the high price they charge for it. Wouldn’t recommend it.
