This came without a box which surprised me. Hard to store if you are not going to put it down right away. I find it a little soft. I'm using it on carpet as it says it will work and my carpet is very short. If you sit without rolling around much it tends to give a lot which make it hard to get moving. Overall for the price a good matt so far.

I purchased a low pile carpet chair mat. It is clear. I selected one that would be delivered flat and not rolled. The desk chair moves over it freely but it does dent after you sit in the chair. Then you have to force the chair to move on the mat. This is the drawback.

Too thin even for low-pile rug

I gave 2 stars only because it is clear and I can still see my pretty rug underneath. This low-pile rug is on concrete without padding so I thought this low-pile mat would be okay. I should have listened to my gut. I laid it down and sat in my chair for maybe 5 minutes; when I stood up I could already see fairly deep wheel indentions. I am not a lightweight at 160 pounds; this will only get worse and become a source of frustration. Upgrading to medium pile right away.

First off: I was in total shock when ( I parked in your lot ) and saw you window sign STORE CLOSING !! So sad to see you go after so many years I love the quality of the chair rug I purchased & the plastic mat that I placed under it. Bought a second mat for spouses office area. I stopped in for file folders. The young man & a very nice young gal helped me ( they were both very helpful & kind )! I wish them both well with their new transfer and/ finding a new job. Closings hurt so many people down the chain !
