I had a cheap mat that did not work out. I bought this one because it was thicker and worked out very well. Try it and you will like it I'm sure. Also was at a very good price.

We bought several of these mats to protect the new low pile carpet in our offices. We've only had them a few weeks but they are holding up well so far. The mats were curled up due to being rolled up for shipping but by the next morning they were flat.

Several cracks after 6 months of use

I work from home and therefore my chair mat gets a lot of use. After 6 months of every day use it has several cracks in it. I am very disappointed. I noticed a small sticker on a new one in the store that there may be a guarantee for a year but if I had it I threw it away. Next time I will fill out the guarantee information. I still cannot believe it didn't last a year.
