I buy this because it’s notched shape fits under my corner desk. However it is ribbed & flimsy even from the start & will crack & must be replaced often. Only guaranteed for a year.

I don't think it's very sturdy or will be long lasting. Its too thin and my chair leaves indentations when it rolls. I've had it 3 days and it looks like its been here for months. Its not the right product for people over 150 lbs or that use it repeatedly.
