The plastic is soft and my chair wheels don't move smoothly over it. Wheels form dents in the surface quickly making it difficult to roll the chair around.

Excellent mat once I scrubbed it clean and laid it in the sun to uncurl. Expected the curl issue but didn't notice until after putting under the desk and stepping on it that it was very sticky.
