Quality appears good for a new mat although it arrived with noticeable and significant large scrapes and surface scratches as it was not packaged or covered in shipping. Chair casters do leave indents but no more than similar mats used in the past. In its new condition this mat seems strong and flexible however it remains to be determined if it will resist drying and cracking after a few years.

I wish it were a little thicker. I have had one of these before and it doesn't seem to last very long before the middle section starts to crack and break apart rendering the whole thing useless.

It does the job I guess but my carpet is to thick so this one is to thin. My chair wheels still sink making it hard to scoot the chair around. Should of bought a thicker one.
