I feel like I"m hitting potholes and have to fight to get out of them to roll around. I have a med/low pile carpet but chair sinks in and I'm constantly stuck to roll around on this.

The mat is much too soft. The wheels on my chair make indentions in the mat and I can't roll my chair very easily. It also won't stay put on my carpet....keeps sliding around. I have to readjust every couple days.

measured the carpet pile to pick the correct mat. if I sit in the same spot for a few minutes the wheels cause a dimple in the matt. it takes a push to get the chair to move. the dimples come back to a flat surface but not easy to roll around on.

The chair mat is in place and functioning as it should on an area rug. It does not move around during use. I can't speak to durability yet since I've only had it in use for about 10 days. It seems well made and it is definitely crystal clear. Hope it stays that way.
